Position Description

Otis are currently seeking an experienced Lift Service / Repair Engineer to join their successful service team. Based from the Bristol Branch, you will cover an area across Bristol, Cheltenham, Swindon and Gloucester.

As a qualified Lift Service / Repair Engineer you will be expected to carry out 100% of the maintenance and service visits within your territory as well as minor repairs. You will be qualified to at least NVQ level 3, J-Module or equivalent and have in-depth knowledge of a variety of different makes of equipment, demonstrating that you can apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis.

Required Experience

While you must be a team player, it is essential that as the Service / Repair Engineer, you can also work on your own initiative. You will show us that you are hardworking and loyal, promoting and working to the required Otis Health and Safety standards, at all times.

The role will cover a small route for PPM and Servicing, provide technical support for the team and attend delap surveys for new equipment, also to deputize for SDM and support T surveys and quoting

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lift engineer who is looking to develop their career with a world renowned company. We are interested in receiving applications from Service / Repair Lift Engineers, Installation Lift Engineers, Repair Lift Engineers, Principal Engineers, Lead Engineers or Modernisation Lift Engineers who have a valid Driving Licence and who live within the Bristol or surrounding regions, I.e. Portishead, Clevedon, Severn Beach, Western-Super-Mare, Bath, Chippenham, Stroud, Avon and the South West regions.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive Basic (doe) + Vehicle + Call Out / Overtime (Normally around 14,000) OTE 50K+
