Aster Group is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to support five corporate sites across Hampshire and Wiltshire.


This is an exciting time for us as we are two years into delivering the Corporate Building Plan which has seen us consolidate space in use and create great places to work for our colleagues and we already have some great projects lined up for 2019-20.


The Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management Team are a small, yet highly performing team of twelve evidencing 100% adherence to compliance standards across the corporate portfolio, providing healthy, safe and innovative spaces for our colleagues to work in and delivering refurbishment, acquisition and disposal projects across the regions.


We are looking for someone to complement our team delivering planned and reactive maintenance to our corporate buildings based across Hampshire and Wiltshire and performance managing and motivating two team members. You will have experience of working in the Facilities Management Profession, delivering at this level and can evidence continued personal development through affiliation with IWFM or IOSH.


The base location is between Andover and Devizes, you will need to hold a full, clean driving license and have the means to travel to all locations across Hampshire and Wiltshire and within our other regions to flex with the needs of the organisation (Devon, Dorset and Somerset).
