We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Development Manager to join us and be responsible for delivering schemes on time, within budget and to excellent customer satisfaction standards.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Delivery and Performance, you will manage a variety of development schemes from contract through to completion providing regular information and reports on progress, cash flow and key milestone achievements.
With a professional qualification in a related field e.g. MRICS / CIOB or equivalent related experience, you will have previously delivered projects successfully and to a high standard. You will have a thorough understanding of the development and construction process as well as a wide range of contract structures including joint venture agreements. With a positive attitude, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships. A full driving licence is essential.
