Assembler

Are you available immediately for a temporary opportunity for a fantastic engineering company in Farnham? JRS are looking for Assemblers to start as soon as possible on a day shift.
As an Assembly Operative, you will be a vital part of the production team, working to production instructions assembling parts for manufacturing.
Duties to include (but not limited to):
• Working within the production area working with small and large parts
• Checking against engineering drawings
• Use of hand tools to assemble
• Working from production instructions
• Providing written documentation of finished products
• Quality checking of finished product
Required Skills
• Experience of working within a production/manufacturing environment
• Experience of hand assembly a distinct advantage
• Ability to read written instructions
• Able to work with small and large metals
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Benefits included
• Starting hourly rate of GBP8.80 per hour
• Ongoing Temp - Minimum 3 months
