Curo are looking for a positive and dynamic person to join their high performing Business system support team.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of the application support team that provides solutions and support to our business systems.  

You will provide support to colleagues by giving advice, resolving issues on our business critical systems.

You will assist with maintaining the systems by completing data validation exercises, database maintenance & system testing.

You will also promote system adoption by maintaining user manuals and assist with training material.

You will have a logical approach to analysing issues & delivering a successful conclusion. 

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach to translating user requirements into working solutions. 

You’ll be used to working in a varied and busy team which means you’ll be very organized and able to multi task.  You’ll be able to prioritise your work, whilst being adaptable to changing priorities and interruptions.

You will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!

With a technical background, you should ideally have query skills in SQL and coding skills (HTML, CSS)
