Based from a state of the art facility in Bedford, a leading Manufacturing business is seeking a highly capable, commercially astute Senior HR Advisor to join this incredibly fast paced business.
Whilst forming part of a larger HR team - based at a secondary yet local site - you will work in a highly autonomous standalone capacity providing a truly generalist service to c200 employees. With this in mind you will form part of the on site Management team and will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of HR is of the highest standard.
Due to the nature of the role you will take ownership of both operational and strategic issues, overseeing a range of HR issues including high profile projects that will be instructed by Group. As such you will need to ensure you can alter your style and approach in terms of who you are dealing with.
To be considered for this role you will:
Be on an upward career trajectory, striving to become a HR Business Partner;
Have worked within a blue collar environment - manufacturing, distribution, warehousing will all be considered;
Be a creative thinker, implanting new ideas and fresh approaches;
Be happy working in a standalone role yet with the support of a knowledgeable, established team;
Happy to travel to a local site 1 day per week.
