Are you an experienced Sales order Processor seeking a new role?

Our client would like to recruit a new Sales Order Processor to join their team

Within this role you will be responsible for:

* Checking that full details and required documentation is received on a handover email

* Processing orders which includes checking coding, product codes and costs

* Raising purchase orders for labour and goods

* Prioritising work to action last minute and urgent requests

* Liaising with suppliers

* Coordination with Project Managers and/or engineers with regards to deliveries

* Raising job sheets and ensuring engineers have all details required in advance where appropriate

* Arranging deliveries and collections where requested, via suppliers, same day couriers, DHL and/or freight companies

* Obtaining the sign off sheet at the end of the job, ensuring the job is complete on the system and passing over for invoicing

* Proactive working to foresee potential issues and finding solutions in advance

* Helping the team to answer the main phone line

Necessary personal attributes:

* Good organisation skills

* Attention to detail

* Ability to prioritise

* Good communication skills, with willingness to work as part of a team

* 'Can do' attitude.

Our client would like to recruit someone who has a good level of sales support/administration skills,particularly someone who has worked in a similar role

You will need to be Enthusiastic with Good Computer skills, and a high level of organisation skills.

An excellent communicator it is also essential; you will have a helpful, sincere manner, extremely professional, have exceptional organisational skills, as well as being someone that is good at time management, budgeting and able to focus on teamwork.

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
