Have you got what it takes to be part of part of a dynamic HR team in a fast paced retail/hospitality environment?

Ideally we are looking for somebody who has had experience in Employee Relations in particular, and who is confident in managing the process from start to finish, We are looking for someone to join us on a temporary basis.

Previous Retail experience or working in a fast paced environment would be highly advantageous. Ideally you will have a HR qualification.

Job Description

As a HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will be:

* Being the first point of contact for all low level ER related issues providing support to all line managers involved, throughout the process to include guidance on investigation, disciplinary and grievance procedures;

* Providing support, advice and guidance to the business in all employee relations issues;

* Dealing with Data Subject Access Request as required;

* Handling of medical questionnaires for both day and night workers for our employees;

* Advising sites with regard to A&I requirements;

* Providing advice to site management teams on how to deal with short term absence;

* Drawing up and processing Occupational Health referrals as requested;

* Supporting the HR team with reviewing letters to include drafting standard and non-standard correspondence;

* Being responsible for taking calls that may come through to our HR Helpline to include queries from employees;

* Liaising with sites when dealing with employee queries.

* Occasionally visiting sites to support with HR issues, as required;

* Escalating more complex issues as and when required/ appropriate;

* Delivering excellent service, by supporting the continuous, consistent delivery of HR policies and procedures;

* Keeping up-to date with changes to employment law to ensure your technical knowledge is always at a good competency level.
