BUILDING MANAGER- MANAGING AGENT- WEST END

My client a Managing Agent seeks a Building Manager to manage a commercial building is in excess of 70,000 sq ft. You will liaise with service partners in order to deliver FM services lines. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement including managing delivery of services in demised areas around the building and also overseeing project works.
Experience in delivering services in a demanding and high profile enviroment are key for this role.

You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be assisting setting and managing service charge budgets, which include a number of different schedules.
