Specialist subsidence unit of ambitious independent loss adjusting practice, seeks to strengthen its operation through the appointment of additional home-based subsidence project managers in the South London and southern Home Counties regions. You will work in a structured environment alternating between days out on site investigations and days undertaking your report writing duties. The work is of an excellent quality and demands the highest professional standards in return for an excellent level of fees. The quality of the portfolio enables you to undertake the job in a traditional manner where quality definitely overcomes quantity.
Candidates will ideally be MRICS/MCIOB/MICE or MIStructE qualified and have experience of working in a dedicated subsidence role, either with an insurer, specialist contractor or loss adjusting practice. As a home worker you should be confident in your ability to manage your own diary and deal with problems on a daily basis without direct supervision. Basic salary budget up to GBP65,000 plus annual bonus (anticipated to be no less than GBP5,000), GBP5,000 annual car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
