THE ROLE
The Account Manager is the go to person for Clients, Planners and Creatives - instrumental to delivering exceptional fundraising campaigns that can help change the world!
The Account Manager needs to understand their Clients' business - identifying opportunities and working with the SAM and AD to make proposals to the Client.
You will demonstrate excellent Client servicing skills - develop strong relationships, keeping in daily contact, ensure all clients requests are acted upon in a timely fashion.
Work will be integrated - from Direct Marketing, to Email marketing, to social media... You will be expected to run such projects on time, on budget and to brief.
Organisation will be a real strength of yours and excellent communication skills across all internal departments - from Production, to Creative, to Finance.

YOU
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with:

- At least one years agency side experience in Client servicing.
- Some basic experience of working on Direct Marketing campaigns - on and offline.
- Charity experience is not a must have for this role, but you will certainly need an interest in it!!
- Great people person - you like to be the helpful one, the 'go to' one, the 'can do' one!
