As an Employment Advisor, you'll offer employability support to a caseload of Job Seekers with complex barriers to employment.
You'll provide 1-2-1 and group session, employability training and attend outreach appointments to help participants progress towards their employment goals.
You'll build and maintain relationships with partner organisations and local employers in order to fully support your caseload and achieve outcome related targets.
The role will initially be a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be offered a permanent contract after that period.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a case load of participants and facilitate their journey towards sustainable employment
  • Work towards targets and KPi's including recruitment, Job outcomes & caseload management
  • Work with partner organisations such as Job Centres, Health Providers and Local Authorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to identify potential partnerships
What you'll need???
  • Previous experience within an employability, recruitment or support based role
  • A track record of achieving targets and KPI's in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the relevant support services and labour market within the local area
  • Experience building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The role would suite an employment advisor, recruitment consultant, employability coach, support worker or caseworker who has experience supporting people with barriers to employment, disabilities or long term health conditions within a recruitment environment.
