Transform Trust Administrator (HR Team)
Full time (37 hours)
Salary: £18,500 - £22,000 per annum FTE
An exciting new opportunity for a driven, personable and enthusiastic administrator has arisen within the HR team of our fast growing Trust. This is a new role which is varied, interesting and will ideally suit someone who is looking to utilise their existing experience in a well-supported and friendly team. The role is fast paced so flexibility and a willingness to learn new things is a must.
The role is based at the Trust central office and will provide key administrative support for all our schools and the Trust itself. As an Administrator working in the HR team, it will be your responsibility to support with processing payroll documentation, employee benefit changes, produce contracts of employment / terms and conditions changes, pension administration management and develop reporting systems.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in an Administrative role.
- Be systems savvy, meticulously organised and have a very keen eye for detail
- Be an excellent team player with a strong focus on working together to achieve results.
- Be able to interact professionally and with credibility with all levels of colleagues
- Excellent face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills
- Comfortable with working in an environment of change, with a flexible approach to new challenges
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the pension administration for the LGPS / TP schemes for all Trust school employees
- Providing efficient, high quality administrative support (documentation and HR system management) in the following areas: Contracts of employment / variations to contracts and terms and conditions, Leaver processes, including managing pension and exit systems effectively, Checking and actioning all employee lifecycle changes accurately on a monthly basis, Delivering high quality data and liaising with payroll as appropriate
