Employability Key Worker (Complex Adults Needs)
Hours: Part time - 28 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until 31st December 2019
Location: Bath & North East Somerset
Salary: £22,500.00 pro rata

This post is funded by the Big Lottery and the European Social Fund through the Building Better Opportunities Programme. Julian House is looking to appoint a part time Employability Key Worker to support adults and young people who face multiple and complex barriers to securing sustainable employment and training, across Bath and North East Somerset. The ideal candidate will be excellent communicators, have substantial experience of supporting people into employment, working with hard to reach groups, have a good understanding of barriers and issues facing by unemployed and economically inactive people. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of disadvantaged people.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning and enacting person-centred packages of support
- Sustained individual key-working, so that unemployed and economically inactive people with complex/multiple needs are able to reduce barriers and actively search and access the right work and training opportunities for them.
- To engage, inspire, develop and progress people towards and into employment and training opportunities.
