Regional Facilities Manager ( South )

We are looking for a Regional FM Manager to cover the South of the country to ensure consistent management of proposals and contracts. you will oversee a team of supervisors & engineers you will also oversee the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management. you will have close collaboration with various departments within the company. you will have a good understanding of all aspects of the contracting process and oversee projects from start through to completion, ensuring the work is completed on time and within its budget RESPONSIBILITIES
