About the role

We're moving fast now to deliver better treatments and maybe a cure for Parkinson's within years, not decades, and you would lead a team of Regional Fundraising Operations Officers to ensure that effective support is in place to assist the success of the Regional Fundraising strategy and our ambitious team income and engagement targets to make this possible. You'll be responsible for identifying and driving forward efficiencies and better ways of working, as well as providing great supporter care to maximise the potential of each supporter.

What you'll do:

Manage a team of Regional Fundraising Operations (RFO) Officers to ensure effective fundraising support
Manage the support for key projects within Regional Fundraising team
Assist the Supporter Care & Regional Fundraising Operations Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of projects and fundraising development activity
Assist Supporter Care & Regional Fundraising Operations Manager in setting and implementing the strategic objectives for RFO team

What you'll bring

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others
Understanding and knowledge of fundraising principles
Demonstrable experience of leading projects and/or teams to deliver agreed outcomes to a deadline
Ability to take responsibility for delivering against objectives and monitor operational plans
