The Company  

Our client is a next generation specialist diamond jeweller that boasts unrivalled access to over 70% of the world’s diamonds. Their accolades include the 2017 Professional Jeweller Award and 2017 Online Retailer of the Year.  

They are now looking for a Sales Consultant to join their London team, proudly housed in London's luxury quarter of Mayfair.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of fantastic products and work with a prestigious customer base.  

The Role  

As a Sales Consultant, you will provide a high-quality personalised service to customers and advise them on our client’s product range.  

Specifically, you will:  

- Achieve and exceed sales targets  
- Provide excellent customer service  
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge  
- Build and strengthen customer relationships  
- Help to create a positive team environment which encourages increased productivity and excellent customer experiences  

About You  

To be considered as a Sales Consultant, you’ll need:  

- At least two years’ sales experience  
- Exceptional communication skills  
- Immaculate personal presentation  

Fluency in a European language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application.

Our client is eager to hear from candidates who’ve worked as a Sales Advisor, Sales Associate, Retail Consultant, Retail Associate, Sales Consultant, Showroom Sales Advisor, Showroom Host or Jewellery Sales Consultant.  

Please note, this is a full time role. You will be required to work three Saturdays out of four and one Sunday per month.
