FSB is seeking a self-motivated, highly organised individual for a diverse home based role covering Wales. In this role, you will support our Development Managers in overseeing the administration of FSB events, creating and communicating marketing content for local activity and managing local FSB social media accounts.
You’ll work with Development Managers organising FSB events across Wales including planning, marketing and liaise with attendees, venues and speakers to ensure events are organised in a professional manner. You will contribute to the content on the social media accounts for the Development Managers which will include communicating upcoming events.
As a part of the field team, you’ll assist the Development Manager maintain, co-ordinate and grow FSB campaigning at a local level, and working with the wider FSB Wales team increase the impact of our Welsh and UK campaigning goals. This will include supporting FSB campaigns and developing strong relationships with local key stakeholders. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and administration skills. They will also have experience of managing multiple social media platforms as well as creating engaging content for these platforms. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this client facing role, where you’ll be required to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
This is an exciting and varied role which is home-based requiring flexible working hours within a 40 hour contract. Candidates must have access to a car and be willing to travel within the country to attend events and meetings. This role will also require occasional weekend and evening work as well as occasional travel across the UK.
