Full-Time Sprayer Driver - Root Vegetable and Arable Farm - Norfolk
The Company:
Fantastic farming company based in Norfolk specialising in the production of root vegetables (onions, carrots, parsnips and potatoes) as well as combinable crops and sugar beet.
The Role:
Full-time spraying role with some farm work duties. The candidate must be committed to focusing purely on spraying and must have their PA1 and PA2; PA4S would be desirable however is not essential. Overtime will be available and will be payed at a higher rate (see below for pay information).
The Candidate:
* Must have PA1 and PA2.
* PA4S certification would be desirable.
* Will need extensive experience in a similar role.
* Capable to work individually and within a team.
* Must take pride in the quality of work and be self-disciplined.
* Will have great communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure.
* Should be able to maintain their own equipment.
* A flexible approach to working hours required.
The Package:
* GBP10 - GBP10.60 per hour.
* Overtime available - GBP13.85 - GBP14.84 per hour.
* No accommodation available - must be commutable to the farm or willing to re-locate
