Salary: GBP21,161 - GBP27,947 (depending on skills and experience)

6-12 month secondment/temporary contract

Our Role

As Deliver Support Co-ordinator, you'll plan and schedule training courses to meet the training needs of key business areas. You'll collate data for reporting KPIs, updating training records and archiving evidence of training and assessment. Reporting to the Delivery Support Manager, you'll ensure our back office Learning Management Systems (LMS) is kept up to date, to ensure up-to-date training delivery and budgetary reports can be run and published to our business Directors.

You'll be responsible for running LMS reports as well as managing bulk data uploads to the system. You will maintain documents on LMS Meridio and the document library, making sure all records are correct. In addition, you'll manage course capacities, issue joining instructions and collate attendance sheets for trainees. There will be ad-hoc responsibilities, such as raising purchase orders, ordering stock, booking rooms and answering general training enquiries via phone and email.

Your Skills and Experience

The accuracy of training records kept by Learning & Talent is imperative, so a keen attention to detail and high quality of work is required. You'll have a "can do" attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative, but also as part of a small team often working under pressure to deliver results to tight deadlines. Ideally you will have a wide-ranging knowledge of SSE processes, able to grasp legal, compliance and regulatory obligations, as well as a strong analytical approach to information gathering and problem solving. With strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, you must have an excellent telephone manner. In support of the department's objectives, goals and KPIs, you'll have a passion for delivering first class customer service to both internal and external customers.

You'll also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of LMS would be advantageous.
