Town Planner | Hampshire | Development Management Experience
Our client are an established multidisciplinary firm who are on the lookout for an experienced Town Planner to join their Hampshire based offices.
This successful firm work across the residential, development, mixed use, commercial, industrial, environmental and sectors to deliver excellent planning solutions to clients across the UK.
As a member of the team, this successful Town Planner will work across a variety of planning projects, to:
* Prepare planning applications and appeals
* Attend site appraisals and assess sites for development suitability
* Provide pre-application advice and guidance
* Offer strategic planning advice on development and residential schemes
* Draft Local Plan Representations
* Liaise with neighbourhood planning groups
* Negotiate with Local Authorities and government bodies
The Reward will involve:
A highly competitive salary, alongside an excellent benefits package, which will include a car allowance and private healthcare, alongside a host of other benefits.
In order to apply for this role, you will have:
An RTPI Accredited planning qualification, and you will hold between 1-5 year's worth of experience within the planning sector, either public or private. You will also (ideally) have a thorough knowledge of development management processes also.
