Experienced Loan Adviser

Red Flag Recruitment are seeking an experienced Loan Adviser to join a friendly office based in Portslade by Sea.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Salary: Between GBP20-22k/annum (Depending on experience)

Essential functions of the job:

• Goal-oriented sales professionally who is focused on providing the highest level of customer service to our client's customers.

• Developing knowledge of the business loan industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines

• Strong negotiation and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Computer skills with ability to learn loan origination system and automated underwriting systems.

Education And/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University preferred

• 3 or more years of Loan/Mortgage sales experience as a Loan Officer in a direct to consumer setting

• Proven track record of exceptional performance
