The firm already has a very strong Commercial Litigation team across their office locations, numbering 25+ lawyers at the moment. This is a new vacancy that has just been announced today at the NQ+level as the team is very busy and can refer to lots of really exciting and varied, interesting new work coming in. The team gets involved in a broad range of Commercial Litigation work as well as work dealing with Insolvency and Reputation Management so the work can be really varied and challenging, and genuinely every day tends to be different. By way of some examples, you might find yourself having the chance to work on any of the following, and often these matters will come with a high level of local/national media interest as well so the work can be fast-paced and ground-breaking - mainstream contractual disputes, corporate fall-outs, defamation, intellectual property issues, internet and social media take down requests, critical health and safety regulatory advice, high profile claims for schools and the list goes on.

Our client is looking for a lawyer in the early stages of their career, with a passion for litigation work. You will be approaching qualification, or recently qualified with perhaps up to two or three years of already strong and relevant experience in a number of these areas.
