[b]What you'll be doing[/b]
Health, Safety, Security and Assurance (HSSA) is an integral part of our business with initiatives at the forefront of everything that we do, whether on site or in office. We're looking for a HSSA Management Systems Graduate who will primarily support the co-ordination and delivery of the Viridor Management Systems Project and the implementation of the Electronic Document Control System. This initial project will provide assurance, through effective audit programmes, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, client, industry and Company requirements.
As our HSSA Management Systems Graduate, you'll carry out audits, record and report audit findings alongside opportunities for root cause analysis, risk reduction and continuous improvement. You'll support the operating and functional units on all aspects of management systems compliance and certification to appropriate standards and coordinate actions resulting from systems reviews, surveillance visits and assurance activities.
[b]What we're looking for[/b]
We're looking for someone who has graduated in a relevant degree where knowledge and experience has been gained through the use and development of management systems, compliance, trend analysis and reporting. An understanding of how to adapt processes and systems based upon improvement concepts would also be advantageous to this role. Knowledge and experience of audit techniques and project management would be ideal but not essential, similarly an understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
You'll be a logical thinker but able to solve problems innovatively if required, able to spot opportunities and risk. You'll have strong communication skills that will enable to you to build solid relationships across the business at all levels and provide information to others in a clear and concise manner. As analysis and reporting are key aspects of the role, you'll be analytical and have experience in data management through your studies.
