Trust Head of Health, Safety and Estates Compliance

Salary: Grade 14 : £45,591- £50,898 per annum
Contract: 37 hours, Permanent SAST is a strong and ambitious Trust delivering excellent and sustainable 0-19 education for children within our community across West and North Dorset as well as South Somerset.
In September 2019 the Trust will consist of 3400 children and over 550 staff working in 10 primary schools and 3 secondary schools.
This is a pivotal new role identified in response to the growth of the Trust and to maintain our commitment to provide high quality and safe learning environments for our students and staff.
We are looking to appoint a leader with a track record of formulating and executing a comprehensive Estates strategy to join the Trust.
Working in collaboration with the school Headteachers and Trust leaders you will provide expert guidance and direction to ensure health and safety compliance and further develop the Trust’s Estate.
The Sherborne Area Schools’ Trust includes schools across Dorset and South Somerset from Sherborne to Gillingham towards Blandford and Wincanton.
