Job Coach / Employer Engagement
35 hours per week
£24,760 per annum
Fixed term to September 2020
Based in Truro
Due to the expansion of our Learn Your Way provision we are looking for individuals with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities to join our education provision in Truro and Penzance.
These exciting and rewarding posts will support our existing team to deliver high quality specialist education provision for people aged 16-24 with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Due to the complex learner needs all staff will need to work flexibly and be prepared to transport learners, therefore a full driving licence and use of a car is essential. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
