Our client is looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to join their team at their stunning Arne nature reserve.

Hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Our client is looking for someone with a customer focussed approach, based on plenty of experience in the catering world. You'll also be able to lead a team of staff and volunteers.

The food offer is simple, high quality, ethically sourced snacks and specials that are the perfect way to compliment a visit to Arne. You'll have a passion for this nature conservation charity's work and be able to convey this message to our visitors through a high level of customer service.

The role will involve regular weekend working and most bank holidays. Occasional evening and early morning working may also be required. Candidates will ideally hold a food hygiene qualification but training will be provided if necessary.
