GBP16000 to GBP17000 basic plus commission (OTE GBP22000 in Y1)
My client are an expanding and dynamic independent Estate Agency based in the Aire Valley and they are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their business. The ideal candidate must have 12+ months experience as a Sales Negotiator and be experienced progressing house sales. Ideally you will have also used the reapit system.
Duties include:
* Calling enquiries to arrange viewings
* Gathering client requirements and matching to properties
* Conducting viewings
* Getting feedback from Buyers and relaying to vendors
* Negotiating property sales
* Progressing sales through to completion
* Liaising with Surveyors, Estate Agents and solicitors
