Our client is looking for a switched on and team-orientated HR Administrator to work in the recruitment team at their Head Office. Supporting them at an extremely busy time this temporary role will involve supporting the team with a range of recruitment administration tasks. Working as HR Administrator, following up applications, arranging interviews and sending out interview packs are just some of the things you will be doing. You must be efficient, accurate and able to work at a fast pace.

Duties will include:

* Following up job applications and assisting with the shortlisting process.

* Contacting candidates to arrange interviews.

* Sending out interview confirmations and interview packs.

Skills and experience:

* You will have previous administration experience, possibly within an HR or recruitment role.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional telephone manner.

* Strong IT skills including Word and Excel.
