A unique opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Examinations and Registry Manager to join them to lead and manage the Examination & Registry teams within the MIS department. This will involve being responsible for the accurate and timely processing of enrolment of all learners, for their exam registration, administration and accreditation and for all associated MIS processes in support of learners’ records including attendance and attendance related payment systems.
This is an exciting time to join the Group following a recent merger, a major refurbishment programme is planned for the Stockport Campus and this represents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to drive transformational change for students and communities of Stockport and Trafford.
Key areas of accountability include:
- Efficiently manage the examinations function across the group
- Successfully line manage the Examinations and Registry team to deliver a high-quality exams and accreditation function to service users in line with the College values.
- Use professional and technical knowledge of the examinations and qualifications offered by each exam board to advise College Management and Heads of department as required
Our client is looking for someone with substantial experience of working in a MIS environment within the Further Education sector with knowledge and experience of:-
- Managing Examinations
- Invigilation process and requirements
- The processes to support applications for special consideration
- JCQ regulations
- Data protection / data security issues
