35 hours per week  

Salary range £35k-£40k dependent on experience

We are seeking an inspirational and highly motivated Branch Manager to take ownership of running the Derby & District RSPCA Branch and ensuring its’ sustainability into the future.    We are a successful Branch which rehomes well over 1,000 animals each year, many of which have been subjected to neglect, cruelty or abandonment.

You will need to be passionate about animals and have a proven track record in generating income for charity.  Other required competencies include the ability to manage and motivate people, to control business finances and to promote an organisation to businesses and the general public.   A demonstrable competency in compliance and the management of risk is preferred.

The Branch has 7 shops, 6 of which are traditional charity shops and the other is a pet shop and giftware unit at Carsington Water Visitor Centre.
