Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Bingham
Salary: £17,500
Hours: 37.5, Monday - Friday
This entry level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge and skills, within a rapidly growing, reputable business and would be a great opportunity for an individual that is keen to excel within their role.
Main responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, ensuring all are signed into the building
- Support the Directors and HR with general admin
- Maintaining office appearance
- Arrange refreshments for meetings
- Order stationery
- Deal with enquiries on the telephone and face to face
- Distribute mail and parcels
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Versatile, willing and keen to get involved in tasks outside of their job role
- Computer literate, confident user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Works well under pressure
