Salary: £17,500

Hours: 37.5, Monday - Friday

This entry level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge and skills, within a rapidly growing, reputable business and would be a great opportunity for an individual that is keen to excel within their role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors, ensuring all are signed into the building
  • Support the Directors and HR with general admin
  • Maintaining office appearance
  • Arrange refreshments for meetings
  • Order stationery
  • Deal with enquiries on the telephone and face to face
  • Distribute mail and parcels

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Versatile, willing and keen to get involved in tasks outside of their job role
  • Computer literate, confident user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook  and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Works well under pressure
