Due to growth, we are seeking to appoint two Attendance Support Assistants to work as part of our outstanding Attendance Team. The successful candidates will contribute to developing and delivering a professional and efficient service for students and families in order to promote good attendance and, in doing so, help them overcome barriers to learning. This is a key position in a supportive and forward-thinking academy which offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make a real difference to students’ lives.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious person to join the team who has good organisational skills, a good eye for detail, a good sense of humour and personal resilience. You will be joining an academy that has a sustained outstanding record for attendance, coming in the top 1% of all schools nationally for the past two years. The role is varied and includes administration, liaising with staff, students and families and making home visits. We welcome applications from candidates who can start as soon as possible, as well as candidates looking for a September start.
