Part political, part business and part charity - NUS is a third sector membership organisation with a twist! Professionally run, but different – the exact-opposite of a corporate. Collaborating with over 550 amazing member students’ unions, we provide a huge range of services and support to them. With over 100 creative NUS colleagues working together every day to support elected student leaders - as they make change in the world and improve the lives of students - we help make it happen!

To support and deliver communications, membership engagement and customer support administration activities

Who you are

  • You’ll be totally at home working in a customer focused role
  • With collaboration at the heart of your approach you’ll be excited to work with colleagues and members
  • You will thrive off working under pressure, exceeding our service levels.
  • You can demonstrate an understanding of students and SUs 
  • Respond professionally and appropriately to queries via all available channels, including telephone, voicemail, email, social media and in person.
