This is a superb career opportunity for a proven Sales Manager with a background of success in new and used vehicle sales. Part of a Group you will be responsible on a P&L basis for leading and growing an established car dealership and taking it to higher levels of performance through further developing a culture of excellence throughout the business. This will include leading teams in sales, service, customer service and administration. The client works with an established leading high quality brand which has lots of new products in the pipeline. Ideal candidates will have had their formative training in a large recognised high quality automotive retail environment and will be able to demonstrate progression through sales and into general management. You will be comfortable with the P&L responsibly and reporting requirements as well as having real strength in staff motivation, training, development and leadership. You will understand the importance of reflecting brand values and the standards expected of the modern retail environment and enjoy the challenge and scope for growth that this role offers.
