Restaurant Manager - Falmouth

My client, an award-winning Manor hotel, spa and restaurant in Falmouth are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team, it's an immediate start for the right candidate.

You must have a sincere interest in a hospitality career and a track record in food and beverage operations. A real passion for food and wine is expected.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead by example and delights in making guests happy.

Key Responsibilities will include…

• Lead the team to maintain levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of guests

• Hosting the restaurant with a warm friendly demeaner at all times

• Provide training to all team members

• Working closely with colleagues to continually develop

• Intercepting problems before they become a complaint

Qualities you will need to display:

• The ability to engage with staff and guests alike

• Previous experience in a similar role

• The ability to deliver a high level of guest care consistently

• Attention to detail, ensuring both the hotel and staff are well presented

• The ability to gauge and manage staff to guest ratios

• Good communication and coordination skills to ensure events and guests needs are met

The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, depending on experience with a share in tips. 

This is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for candidates who would be immediately available to start.
