As Duty Manager at Boclair House your role will involve;
* Managing the day to day operations of all Conference & Banqueting events, working with all team members to ensure all customer expectations are met.
* Leading, coach and develop the team and create a great team environment and team morale
* Ensuring all company standards are met and delivered consistently in all departments and with attention to details
* Promote all purpose, values and behaviours at all times.
* To assume responsibility for the running of the venue in the absence of General Manager
* To be aware of and promote all services offered in the Hotel
* They will be able to deliver results, maximising profits through sales and yield, and look at and action any opportunities for growth within the business.
The ideal candidate must also have the following;
* A strong Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting background, preferably in a management role within a quality establishment.
* Have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation.
* Committed and have a passion for delivering great customer service.
* Leadership skills which can bring out the best in the team
* Passion for customer service and employees
* Good Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Liquor Licensing laws
