We seek an office/tax administrator for a small office in Yeovil. Duties will include dealing with the work associated with new client engagements, billing and general office admin including taking telephone calls.
To provide assistance to the director of the company with management projects and compiling reports and proposals for new work. Managing a diary and arranging appointments.
It will be possible to study for a tax qualification after the trial period but that is not compulsory.
Good keyboard skills, good telephone manner and the ability to use Office 365 essential as we are a paperless office.
