The Asset Management team will deliver compliance, investment and asset strategy functions across the business. This will be delivered through a surveying programme, successful programme management, compliance oversight, facilities management and asset services such as service charges and leasehold management.

The newly formed Compliance Team has been set up to deliver a property compliance oversight across the organisation. The team comprises of a Compliance Manager, 2 Compliance Technical Managers and 2 Compliance Data Analysts.

Operating across Beyond Housings geographical location the Compliance Technical Manager will be responsible for coordinating, checking and validating data, and documentation to ensure statutory property compliance across all regulatory landlord functions in respect of domestic and commercial buildings.

The successful candidate should have experience working in a property compliance environment, with knowledge of gas, electrical, legionella, asbestos, fire and passenger lifts regulations. Strong IT skills particularly relating to the use of databases and spreadsheets are required along with the ability to communicate, implement and audit required compliance related policy, procedures and processes.
