Are you a quality controller/inspector or a chemistry graduate? Do you have strong maths and English skills? Are you confident in your note taking ability and attention to detail? Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting for a manufacturer of construction equipment such as plaster to join the lab team in quality controlling all of their products. Working in a tidy laboratory the successful candidate must be happy to get their 'hands dirty' in a fairly physically demanding position.

What will your day to day activities as a Quality Controller/Inspector include?

The role, based in the Halesowen area, will require a large variety of responsibilities. You will be based in the laboratory using a number of methods to quality check the products such as timers and shrinkage testing machines. It is important that all figures are logged correctly and passed onto the right person to upload these onto the system. This role is based on a rotating shift pattern Monday - Friday working 6am-2pm one week followed by 2pm - 10pm the following week. Upon joining the team 3-6 months training will be provided before working solely.
