A requirement for an Interim Quality Director has arisen in a Not for Profit organisation, based in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a charitable organisation. You will be working closely with the COO.
The Quality Director should demonstrate thought leadership and contribute to the transformation required to support the strategy, through definition and execution of strategic and innovative initiatives.
The Role:
* It is your responsibility to ensure that quality assurance policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include relevant regulatory changes and our clients receive the best possible care
* You will promote best practices and innovative approaches around quality/successful implementations internally and to our partners and in customer communities
* Translate these into programs, whitepapers, services, mitigation strategies, etc. to drive future proactive measures
* The successful candidate will ensure an appropriate QMS is created, implemented and maintained, based on change and risk management principles and ensure availability of all resources
* Ensuring that all quality audits, internal, external, supplier and competent authority audits are managed to ensure a positive outcome
The Candidate:
* Ability to effectively manage risks and resolve escalated situations
* Educated to degree level, or equivalent
* Experience in managing teams, both virtual and onsite
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers; highly functioning team leader and team member in a multi-skilled, dynamic business environment
* Experience of Quality Systems
* Ability to make judgements recognising the responsibilities to Regulatory Agencies, Customers and the Management Board
