Salary: Dependant on experience + Bonus / Commission - (OTE uncapped)

Location: Close to Hedge End/Botley/Bishops Waltham with Free Parking

Full time hours across a 40 hour week

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager with previous Recruitment experience to join our award winning team and be at the heart of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of key accounts, maintaining and maximising a long term relationship and delivering greater sales opportunities. The focus is to provide exceptional account management to our clients and proactively champion the customer experience as their main point of contact should they need you.

Having excellent customer experience, account management and proven sales delivery skills are preferred, especially having had worked in recruitment with an understanding of construction or technical engineering.

The successful applicant will have the following abilities and skills:

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong long-term relationships at all levels both internally and externally

* Proven experience in filling jobs with excellent all round candidate & client feedback

* Strong negotiating and influencing skills

* The ability to provide professional and confident communications online and in person

* The ability to think on your feet whilst under pressure and can work on your own initiative

* Multi task accounts and demands with the ability to stay calm under pressure

* Be positive minded and bring a can do attitude

* Strong presentation skills and the ability to drive and contribute to changes in the client business which supports value-add initiatives

Responsibilities

* Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products

* Advise prospects and clients on all aspects of the services

* Create and maintain a sales pipeline

* Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person

* Identify and target key decision makers

* Internal management of clients/prospects

* Maintain business relationships with prospect accounts
