Job Title - Allied Health Professionals Recruitment and Placement Consultant

Band 4 - GBP20,700 - GBP24,200 per annum

Location -Hemel Hempstead

Hours - 37.5 hours per week

Are you looking to take your recruitment career to the next stage and be part of an organisation dedicated to providing the largest managed Allied Health Professional flexible workforce to the NHS? An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Placement Team based in Hemel Hempstead.

Reporting to the Team Manager and working closely with the NHS Trusts and wider recruitment team, you will provide a comprehensive and professional recruitment and placement service to all internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be to attract, select and recruit allied health professionals and place them as flexible workers/locums into NHS Trusts across the UK. You will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of Trusts and ensuring you recruit workers based on Trust demand provided they have the right skills for your clients.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsibility for the attraction and selection of high quality candidates

2. Arranging and conducting interviews for NHSP workers

3. Complete on-boarding checks for our workers

4. Monitor and evaluate systems and processes

5. Develop a recruitment and placement strategy for individual clients

6. Support the recruitment team with wider responsibilities

7. Build strong relationships with colleagues based onsite at our client trusts.

With a strong desire to succeed in a demanding environment, you need to be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written), be able to influence others and remain calm under pressure. You will need experience of temporary staffing placements and ideally a knowledge of NHS terminology. You will also have a very good standard of English and Maths.
