Location: Lower Earley (Just outside Reading)
GBP18,000 - GBP23,000 (flexible)

Orion is a successful and award-winning recruitment consultancy with over 23 years' experience. Operating from two UK based offices; our recruitment consultants maintain specialist industry knowledge of the Engineering, Gas, Manufacturing and Construction market sectors.
We are looking for a Resourcer to work within our Manufacturing team based in Lower Earley.

What is the role?
The role will see you working hot jobs to resource candidates from job boards (CV Library, Jobsite, Reed), LinkedIn and our extensive database, you will be screening and telephone interviewing candidates, arranging interviews, dealing with offer management as well extending rejections to those who were unsuccessful. This role has the progression path to become an Account Manager.
What are we looking for?
Ideally we are looking for someone with recruitment or sales experience, you will be a motivated self-starter and hungry for success! You will have an excellent telephone manner, good written English and PC knowledge are also ideal for this role.
