We are the largest landlord in the North East, owning and managing almost 34,000 homes in an area spanning North Tyneside to York, with the majority of properties in the Tees Valley. As our NI & Mobile Analyst, you will be responsible for the on-going improvements of environments, building fit-outs, alignment of new and improved kit to support smart ways of working in a digitised setting and research and develop plans for optimisation of mobilisation and accessibility. Ensuring that resilience of the business is maintained to the highest degree with robust and effective use of environment and adequate replication to support Disaster Recovery and our BCP overall.
We’re looking for an individual with a broad background in I.T. Service delivery which may include Active Directory and related services running on both physical and virtual servers. Management of a Cisco VOIP solution, along with knowledge of working with various SAN and back-up technologies (including but not limited to Dell EMC infrastructures would be advantageous).
You will have experience working within a team that utilises ITIL framework best practices, this includes abiding by the Change Management process, responding to issues which may arise unexpectedly. Ideally you will have experience managing projects keeping within specified timeframes and budgets, you will contribute to the overall IDT project plan.
With a number of projects ongoing, you’ll have the ability to hit the ground running and be willing assist across all projects. Long term you will look to run your own projects and this is a great opportunity to grow with an ever changing team, who offer excellent training and progression opportunities. Ideally you will have experience in a 3rd line position or will be looking to further your career and experience by taking on a more senior role.
