LOCATION: SANDYCROFT, NORTH WALES

£50k pa plus benefits.

THE ROLE

As Head of IT you will be supporting the Change Management Team and have full responsibilities for the IT infrastructure and systems, delivering agreed outcomes, targets and objectives across the group.

• You will also be responsible for the management and delivery of IT projects encompassing database development and configuration including ODBC.
• You will be familiar with .net based applications and be proficient in PHP development for web-based applications.
• You will also be required to set and cascade goals with both internal and external IT solution providers, agreeing objectives that will deliver process improvements through the execution of leading-edge IT systems and applications to increase productivity and eliminate administrative inefficiencies.

THE PERSON

We are looking for a high calibre candidate with the drive and ambition to take ownership of the company’s IT requirement, becoming a catalyst for change.

You must be analytical in approach and demonstrate excellent project
management discipline.

It is essential that you have a proven track record of achievement supporting a manufacturing-based environment and have successfully implemented
applications and systems on time and within budget
