As we continue to grow, we are looking for high calibre, committed individuals to join our multi-disciplinary Director and Management led teams. We work
collaboratively in a fast paced environment, making decisions through careful analysis targeting continuous improvement

As a Team Leader you will work for the Group, based at and rotated around all manufacturing site locations.

Responsible for more than 30 employees, your role will be to efficiently deliver product excellence by the vigilant management of people, materials and equipment.

You will be expected to generate and maintain procedures such as standard ops, production line balancing and risk assessments within the disciplines of a continuous improvement environment.

The management of employee holiday, absence, disciplinary and health & safety procedures are an integral part of the role also. We would like to
