A globally established, progressive manufacturing organisation is seeking an interim Recruitment Advisor to join ASAP for a period of 6 months. There is every chance that this role will become permanent thereafter.
Working as part of an existing HR function you will be responsible for providing a complete end to end recruitment service to a demanding internal customer base, within a business that is growing rapidly! As such you will have to manage expectations, work to deadlines, be able to prioritise and multitask.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will take ownership of all recruitment activity, including graduate assessment days through to experienced hire campaigns. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to be involved in general HR projects when recruitment is not the main priority.
To be considered for this role you will be:
Available to start a new role in May;
Experienced within a blue collar industry/environment;
A Generalist HR practitioner who has moved in to recruitment/a strong Recruiter with a desire to get involved in HR issues;
Committed to seeing the contract through to completion yet also happy to consider the opportunity should this become permanent.
