HR Business Partner

Our client is embarking on an exciting growth and change programme. They wish to add a Business Partner to their senior team who will take the lead on producing and implementing a workforce strategy that delivers a full, stable, skilled and competent workforce for all the current and future services.

You will oversee the recruitment activities and be responsible for managing the relationship with their recruitment partner, The Care Hub. You will liaise with senior managers across the business to identify their workforce needs and then translate these into a proactive recruitment and training plan, including on-boarding that aligns to and delivers on the key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Identifying the workforce barriers to business success and create solutions to deliver success.
Establish a workforce plan for the short term (less than 1 year), medium term (1-3 years), and long term (3 years plus) through a detailed understanding of the business plan and key workforce deliverables.

We are looking for:

Knowledge of workforce trends planning and skills developments.

Strong training and workforce development skills (Mandatory, Organisational Development and Personal Development Training)

This role will operate flexibly Monday to Friday - 20 hours a week.

Salary is up to 40K (pro rata depending on skills, knowledge and experience.) + Package.
